Summer Fruit 'n Feta Salad
This refreshing blend of sweet and salty is the perfect addition to your summer meals.

- 250 grams Fresh strawberries
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 1/2 mini watermelon
- 1 cucumber
- 125 grams fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh mint too taste
- Feta cheese too taste
- Vegan: Sunflower seeds substitute for feta
Wash all fruits
Chop strawberries into small mixing bowl and add sugar. Mix until sugar thoroughly coats the strawberries. Set aside (roughly 20 minutes). The sugar will draw the juice out of the strawberries.
Remove skin on watermelon and shop the inside fruit. Add to large mixing bowl.
Add blueberries, olive oil and mint into the large bowl with the watermelon.
Add strawberries to fruit mixture.
Serve and top with feta (or sunflower seeds).
